The project is located in the eastern area of Daliang, covering a total area of 83,000 square meters with a total construction area of 320,000 square meters. It consists of a 5A Grade A office building (with a construction area of 21,000 square meters), a Marriott International Hotel (with a construction area of 40,000 square meters), a SHOPPING-MALL (with a construction area of 22,000 square meters), and luxury residences (with a construction area of 149,000 square meters). It is the first large-scale urban complex in Shunde. There are 1337 parking spaces, with a 1:3 ratio, fully meeting the needs of owners and visitors. The project also features the first well-equipped office building in Daliang.
The design concept of the project is based on the unique hydrological landscape of the region. The water system in the Shunde area has been well developed, and the smooth waterways have not only provided convenient transportation since ancient times but have also created abundant natural scenery. The exterior facade uses LOW-E double-layer insulating glass, which provides good sound insulation, heat insulation, and radiation protection, thus significantly saving energy and being environmentally friendly.
In addition to facing Shunfeng Mountain, the project incorporates the concepts of "ecology, low carbon, innovation, and integration" and includes a 18,000 square meter public green belt. It offers a beautiful natural environment facing outward towards Shunfeng and a vibrant urban landscape inward.
