Bulk supply fails in predictable ways: thickness drift across a container, edge damage from poor loading, and batches that pass on sample but not on delivery. Our protocols exist to close those gaps. Every production batch is tested for water absorption, density, flexural strength, nail pull and paper adhesion, and reference samples are retained for the duration of the project. Factory certifications include ISO 9001 and, where required, ISO 14001; products can be supplied with CE marking and third-party test reports from SGS, BV or Intertek.
Typical production lead time is 15–25 days after deposit, plus 7–15 days transit depending on destination. Panels ship on edge, strapped, edge-protected and shrink-wrapped. Container loading plans are issued for your approval before dispatch, and phased call-off deliveries can be scheduled against a construction programme.
Written quotations state the standard, grade, tolerance and test basis. Shipments carry batch test certificates. If acceptance testing at destination disagrees with our data, we investigate rather than argue — the commercial relationship is worth more than any single container.
One 20 ft container — approximately 1,200 sheets at 12.5 mm. Mixed specifications are negotiable.
