The most common compliance problem on large projects is not missing paperwork — it is a test report that references a thickness, stud spacing or insulation density the site did not actually use. We work with fire engineers to match panel specifications to the wall type schedule before production, and we confirm in writing where our panel is listed in the tested design. If a project requires a proprietary assembly our panel is not listed in, we say so before the order, not after delivery.
We hold and supply fire test reports for the assemblies we support, covering ASTM E119 designs, UL-classified configurations, EN 13501-1 classifications and GB/T 9775 grades, together with material data sheets and installation manuals. Factories operate under ISO 9001 and, where applicable, ISO 14001, and support CE marking for European markets. Routine third-party inspection by SGS, BV or Intertek can be arranged before loading.
Production lead time runs 15–25 days after deposit, with phased deliveries available for multi-floor programmes. Panels ship on edge, strapped and edge-protected, with a container loading plan issued for approval before dispatch. On tall buildings, deliveries are planned against lift availability rather than shipping dates alone — a detail that decides whether material reaches the right floor at the right time.
